how to use

2 oz: Sprinkle contents of the packet under warm, running bath water.

Don't have time for a full bath? Pour the contents into a large bowl and cover with a towel. Place your head over the bowl under the towel and breath deeply for 2-3 minutes. 20 oz: Sprinkle two capfuls (about two ounces) under warm running water for a soothing soak.

Don't have time for a full bath? Soothe just your feet in a footbath with warm water and one to two capfuls of soak.
